To request the booking of the Pavilion for an event please fill in the form below.

You MUST tick the boxes to indicate that you have read and understood the conditions of use.

In particular, by booking a room you MUST agree to the Special Conditions of Hire Winter 2021 (COVID- 19) and you must have read and agreed to the COVID- 19 Risk Assessment in order to hold an event at the Pavilion.
